I bought the Microcards but did not really like their formatting or have much time to use them in addition to CMMRS, so cannot comment on that resource.
As far as integrating CMMRS and First Aid, one suggestion/option is to write down summary notecards or sheets (one card or sheet per microbe). This keeps information organized and relevant to each microbe on that one page. You can combine information from FA, CMMRS and your class notes into these review pages and that way have one consolidated source with all the info you need. I did this for some of the micro exams and found it very helpful, especially if you keep the information on each page in similar locations to compare/contrast.
Another helpful thing for micro can be charts or tables to compare organism, virulence factors, etc.
Or for parasitology--> the parasite, life cycle, how it is diagnosed, how it is treated.
