How do I let schools know that I want to retake the DAT?

How do I let schools know that I want to retake the DAT? Do I have to call each designated school and tell them personally?

If you haven't submitted your AADSAS, put down the date of your future test. If you have, Schedule a test date and tell each school that you have a test date on "X" day. Don't call and tell them you want to take it again, call and tell them YOU ARE going to retake it on THIS PARTICULAR DAY.... That is of course, if you want your newes test results used instead of the ones you've already submitted. They may hold your application if you tell them you are retaking.

Or you could always take the test VERY soon and just submit the scores to each school anyways, then it's more boost to your file.
