how do I log carpal tunnel release?

so the plastics resident was off, so I got thrown into doing a carpal tunnel release w/ a hand surgeon.

How the heck do I log this? I've searched and searched, and there's no carpal tunnel release on the ACGME site. The closest I can find is: 64721 Neuroplasty and/or transposition; median nerve at carpal tunnel.

Is this the right thing? I don't think neuroplasty was done, since we just opened up the carpal tunnel.

I did a whole month of Hand Surgery and I"m pretty sure that's what I coded them as.

My ACS logs are at the office; I'll check tomorrow if you don't get an answer before then.

I'm just a neutral third party but it seems to me you did the transposition. So you took the OR side of things.
