How do I pause time while in "Timed Tutor" Mode??

Hey, this may be a dumb question, but in Kaplan Qbank, how do I pause the timer while in Timed Tutor Mode???

I've tried clicking on the "Explanation" or "Rekap" section after answering, but my timer keeps running.
I've tried suspending, but I can't check my previous answers.
I've tried Ending the block, but that submits my entire test.

I bet this answer is obvious, but it's driving me crazy trying to find the answer!

I've tried this now as well and I had the same problems. There seems to be a problem with Qbank itself.

that's weird, I've done 75% of Qbank and last time I used it was on wednesday and it was working fine, why don't you email them?

75%... Did you order the Qbank last year? I just ordered mine 2 weeks ago, and I've heard this problem with 2 others who also ordered it recently. I haven't heard this problem in a couple of others who had it since last year. Maybe there's a problemo with an updated version of the Qbank?

Thanks, I didn't think about emailing them. I just emailed them and will update if it is a system problem.

Ok. Cool.
They emailed me back and said that this problem has been reported by multiple other users. They said the engineers are working on it, and that I should try the Timed Tutor Mode again in a few business days.
