How do I send an update to a school about a publication?

I just had a paper published and I see in the secondary portal thing that I can upload supplementary documents, but I'm not sure what to upload. A copy of the published paper? Or maybe a citation for the paper and a note that it was recently published? What should I do?

Yes, typically a student will upload a message saying that I am pleased to report that a paper that I co-authored has been published: Jones AB, Smith CD, Coolguy23. Everything here is the title of the paper. Journal name 2024; volume goes here: page number range goes here. My role in the work was x, y, z.
