how do I start looking for a job?

I am finishing residency this year and I was wondering what are some of the good websites to use to apply for jobs and see what is out there. I have been getting a lot of emails from recruiters- should I contact them? My PD has not been very helpful in this regard 🙁

the best jobs are often unadvertised. have you managed to network with anyone during your 3 years? if your PD isn't helpful, find someone else-- you should have plenty of staff around to discuss this with, and it's a pretty normal thing to ask.
