You'll have a shot for sure. Nothing on your application really says wow, at least from your post, but you are very "average". Nothing wrong with that as there are many applicants that have less than a 5 percent chance of acceptance IMO. I'd recommend studying for the GRE a bit more. There's no reason to score in the 140's, the test isn't that difficult.

Yeah, I think you should thoroughly prep for the GRE and give it your best shot. Lots of students clam to study and prep for it, when in reality they vaguely skim a Kaplan test prep book for three weeks. Give yourself two months of two hours a day with Magoosh and Manhattan Prep products. Also, take the the two free poweprep exams from ETS (the publisher of the test) about one to two weeks out from the test. These two tests will give you the most accurate predictor of your test day score.

Besides a greatly improved GRE, perhaps try and join a research team at your university and continue to accumulate more observation hours. It seems like you have a ton of hours in outpatient, I'd just stop your shadowing in that area and try to diversify your experience a bit. Don't take what I have to say as gospel as I'm just a fellow applicant! You can easily score a 310 on the GRE with adequate prep time....the people who scores 335 - 340 are infact humans haha.
