Hello!
So, I was looking at the AMCAS PDF file for grade conversion and how to calculate your GPA. I have done it on my own several times, but thought that there might be a discrepancy with how AMCAS does it.
But, here is my question...
When you estimate your GPA based on Total Quality Points/Total Semester Hours, do you factor in classes that were taken P/NP? I have never taken a P grade from a class that actually gives letter grades, but I have taken classes that were just P/NP, like gym and art classes. I have actually taken many. Will this hurt my GPA? Thanks. 😕
