Medical How do post II acceptance rates compare in MD vs DO?

I have been accepted to all 3 DOs I interviewed at. I have two MD interviews coming up and I’m getting really anxious because one is my first choice (my SMP) and another I still love.i overheard One of my interviewers talking about me with positive things as soon as I turned off camera so I’m pretty sure I interview well. I’m more worried that other metrics will take the A from me. Do MD programs have much lower post II rates? If I interview well will these metrics still kick me in ass. UNdergrad 3.2 (3.8 over past 3 years) 3.74 SMP GPA and MCAT 515.

It's too difficult to generalize. It depends on residency, mission fit, your interview performance, and a holistic evaluation of everything you present in your application.
