How do residency evals differ from med school evals?

Hi everyone,

I already know med school evals depend heavily on attending perception, small things you do that your attending or residency may or may not like, etc, and this has a big impact on how well you do...how much bearing do these sorts of things have on the residency experience?

You actually have to be competent. Scoring well is one thing, being able to manage a patient and do an operation is a whole different thing.

No, people who like you will almost always think you're a better resident/student. No difference there.
