How do TMDSAS, AACOMAS, & AMCAS differ in entering the volunteer/clinical/shadowing hours?

I've never applied, so am trying to figure out what to keep track when I apply via TMDSAS, AMCAS, and AACOMAS.

In other words, its essentially all the same.
