So I'll be applying next summer and have/ will have taken all but one of my classes from the college I attend. I took physics 1 at my local community college the summer after freshman year, and was just wondering how I'd go about reporting this. Do I just request the community college to send the transcript to the schools I'm applying to? Or do I have to request a copy for myself and upload that onto the AMCAS application? Or both?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, I'm just now starting to think about the bits and pieces of the application process, and have no idea how some of it works.

Thanks!

You order one for yourself from every college attended so that you can enter all the courses and grades in AMCAS, even ones you retook. Then you have an official copy sent from your school (and every other college you atteneded including community college) to AMCAS, not to the indivudiul schools you are applying to.

I'm not sure if you have to send a final transcript to the med school you are accepted to, and if so probably not the community college since you have no new grades there? @gonnif ?
