I heard C is 2.0, go by the trend, D is 1.0, F is 0?

I have a couple Fs and Ds in hand, want to calculate how much it affects me.

Also if anyone knows this tough situation. the first semester of my college I was diagnosed with a mild heart condition, my family doctor advised me to take some rest and away from the stress. At the time it has already passed the deadline for a W, I wasnt willing to negociate with the professors thought I wasnt doing so good, I got Fs. Forturnately it was only two classes.

I need to submit my transcripts now or next year, if I dont get in this round.
Do you think its a good idea to submit with my medical records? I have the lab report along with doctor's medical records. My GPA is alright even with the downfalls.

Note that DO replaces and MD averages for any re-takes if you're planning that out.
