How do you create a poll?

isn't there a little button at the bottom that says "yes, post a poll"? It's below the submit reply button.

You only see it when you're posting a new thread. So don't look at this thread. Start a new one. Go to the bottom.... past the submit post button. It's in like a blue box. I think that's what you have to click to start a poll.

So once you check the box and select the number of options, what do you do?

You will be taken to a page where you can write down the question, and options for your poll. It is all given in the FAQ.

Next time if you have a question, try finding an FAQ link and/or HELP link and see if your question is already answered there. It is a standard protocol pretty much everywhere

thanks... I'm in a graduate program here at georgetown... applying this year but still waiting to hear back... started the app process a little late but I'm complete at a lot of places so its just a matter of time
