What does the "N" stand for?
I worked for a Chinese doc who never checked his dictations. He wanted to say physical medicine doctor. The transcript came out as “physical mess doctor”

5) pseudorheum because they are too busy billing level 5 consults for 1.5 hour visits for no apparent reason even though their entire existence is based on antiquated lab markers

Oh yeah and pseudoneuro because patients complaints of shuffling gait has to do with “their backs” because primary care docs can’t gets patients to see neurology because they see 10 patients a day and we see 40 and so odds are we can offload said primary care much faster and then it becomes our problem…
