I've been a certified psychiatrist for 2 years now, working with inpatients at a public hospital

I'm currently subscribed to the JAMA psychiatry, the lancet psychiatry, the carlat newletters (child psych/general psych/addiction and hospital psych) and subscribed to the neuroscience institute (stahl and friends)
Also subscribed to simple and practical

I've tried up to date but really didnt find it that much useful about 2 years ago

Doing about one MCQ such as boardsvitals or beatheboards per year, and reading books on a daily basis

Do you guys have any recommendation ? I'm not talking about CME requierements i'm just wondering how you keep up to date with clinical practical information

Thanks and take care

it seems like you're already doing quite a bit. Personally I like up to date. ive read the maudsley multiple times. Brief lookover on certain section of stahls, though not a huge fan. Occasionally will dig through things online like pubmed and all that stuff. I reference medscape/uptodate for dosing for stuff I dont prescribe as commonly.

I think in psychiatry there is some variability based upon sources you're using for recommendations on different things.
