I'd really like an answer from someone who knows first-hand about the selection process. I'd like to know if they really break it down by semester or not because I had a bad stent of straight F's in music classes that were completely irrelevant to my current course work/goal but still hangs on my GPA just as much as a higher level Bio class that I would be taking on my 4th year would. I'd like to know how much this would affect your decision, what the likelihood is of someone seeing my terrible GPA (which will be 3.4 even after 128 credits of A) because I'm at a 2.717 with 52 credits right now. And hypothetically, let's say I get a 30 on the MCAT and a 3.9 sGPA.
