How do you make up for lack of EC's in undergrad?

I had a tough time with the biology coursework in undergrad so as a result I never really joined any clubs. I played a little intramural softball with some friends and belonged to a club freshman and sophomore years spreading awareness about safe drug use, but other than that I really have nothing. My school didn't have a pre-health club or anything of the sort. I know that being involved is a huge deal, but now that I've graduated I can't go back and fix it. Is there any way around this?

start volunteering and getting involves now since you have free time.

Look at groups like ASDA, AGD and other dentistry type groups. Many are always looking for people that want to get involved and help. ASDA I know has a predental group that does conferences, meetings and things like that. Volunteering is another way to show being involved.

Thanks! I'll check it out!

You can get a job in a research lab, start volunteering at local free dental clinics, or passing a resume around for a part time gig at a dental office.
