how do you release new step 2 scores

Guys, I need to know how I release my step 2 scores to eras. I opted for it to not go automatically.

go to your documents and under USMLE transcript there should be an option towards the top in blue that says "retransmit USMLE transcript"...click it and it will request an updated one and then send it off to all programs that you sent your original transcript to.

if you selected the automatically update USMLE transcript, how long does it take before the programs get your updated USMLE transcript?

My new transcript actually updated one day before I got my results back. The eras website says that programs may actually receive your scores before you do.

Any idea how we can find out if the schools received our newest transcript results? I submitted my ERAS around the same time my scores came out so I'm not sure whether or not they got my step 2 scores.

After we have requested that they send a new USMLE transcript, how can we tell whether it has been done yet, or if it is still the old transcript? In the ADTS it shows that there is a USMLE transcript but there is no date or anything. Thanks in advance for the help

go to Track Application, then for each school look at the date on which the USMLE transcript was uploaded. next to that you can see when they downloaded them last from ERAS.

basically if you "re-transmitted" after your step 2 scores came out they will be what was transmitted, if you "re-submitted" at ~same time scores were released and you aren't sure if new scores were included, I would find one of the programs that I was very interested in that had downloaded the "updated" scores and call them to ensure they received my latest scores - "as I am very interested your blah blah program"
