Hey guys, I'm in the middle of going over all of Chad's videos and for some reason I feel like it's taking longer than it should. I read other students threads that they're zipping through all his videos in just a week and end up doing well on the test. I'm currently working full time as a dental assistant and after work I only manage to get about 3-4 hours of study per work day but on days off I manage to squeeze in at least 12 hours including breaks and what not.

But my question is how do you guys find it most beneficial to retain Chad's material; do you just watch them right through or take notes throughout each video?

Any input would be extremely helpful! Thanks in advance, and best of luck with the studies!

Take notes throughout the video so you only have to go through it once and you can review your notes after and then take the quizes

You should not have to watch chad's videos twice... unless you are going back for reference...
What I did was take very detailed notes while I was watching it. It may take longer to watch a video since you are pausing to take notes....but it's totally worth it!

So, watch the video and take good notes and then after you are all done watching them....review your notes...then try solving practice problems such as destroyer or datqvault...and if you are having trouble ...go back to your notes and relearn it!

It took me almost 2 months to go through all the videos while working and taking a class. I went through each video and took really good notes which I then used to make notecards to study from.

Ok good to know I'm on the right track then. I've been taking detailed notes throughout each video and taking the quizzes right after each also (btw, I learned the hard way that its not such a good idea to write Chads notes with pen :smack:). Chad is awesome but I just want to get these videos over with already so I can actually start applying these notes to real practice problems. Thanks guys for your help!
