how do you update prog's on AOA status

Hi everyone, I was recently elected to AOA at my school, but I don't know the best way to go about updating programs. It's too embarassing to discuss face to face with others at my school so i figured i'd see if anyone here had updated and had a good plan for doing this. thanks!

Congratulations on your AOA election. You update it under your profile only (not on your CV or CAF). A few hours after you update, it will show that the programs will need to re-download your profile (under the "Track applications" tab). Hope that makes sense.
