How do your format this stuff?

I need help as to how to format my experiences so that when they print out they dont show up all jumbled up. In the space they allow I type it just how I would like it to show and I skip lines in between each experience but when it prints it shows up like one big paragraph. I haven't added the PS yet but is that gonna happen there also? HELP ME!!!

Has anyone figured this out yet? Even if I skip spaces it all comes out at one paragraph. Is this how the schools get it, or only how we can print it? Thanks.
