Ask Obama! He has big plans, and to predict what will be signed into law would be spectulation.

PT has to worry about max # of visits, what is billable ... these things have been fought over for the last decade.

PT is also broadening their scope of practice into areas not previously done to maintain viability. (ADL's)

It's a battle on many fronts.
