Just for the record there are two ways your score can be reported to you/your school. The first is the standard score:
" The Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Achievement Test (COMAT) is series of educational tools to assess the scope of knowledge for osteopathic medical school students at the end of their clinical rotation. The COMAT also provides a summative assessment of the student's skills for clinical problem-solving. This Performance Profile reports a numerical standard score for the school mean and a graphic presentation for school performance on content areas. The standard score has a mean of 100 and a standard deviation of 10. Relative to a national sample of examinees, a Total Score above 110 indicates a good performance or a good understanding of the major medical problem-related scientific knowledge for the subject. A score between 90 and 110 indicates an average performance, and a score below 90 indicates a below-average performance."
And the second is a raw score:
" This school-level Performance Profile reports average Percent Correct scores on the total test and content areas for the examinees in this school who took this exam on the same test date indicated above. The Percent Correct scores range from 0% to 100%. Scientifically-derived national norms are not available at this point. A Percent Correct score above 75 usually suggests an above average performance."
If you go to the nbome site you can find the two downloads explaining the two score reports.

So my guess is the above person did not get a raw score of 100 indicating a perfect exam of no questions wrong but rather a standard score indicating average performance.
