How does the NMBE score work?

I recently took the offline exam and got 136/200 total questions correct. Does anyone have any idea how this translates to the actual score or pass mark?

I am just taking the USMLE as a backup exam as I am overseas so I really just want to pass it.

You probably took one of the older, offline NBMEs. There is no accurate way to see how a score on these old NBMEs correlates with a 3-digit score on Step I.

You need to take an online NBME to see where you currently stand.

83-85% is around 230
88-90% is around a 240
