I'm beginning to study for Step 3 soon and was researching the exam. On the NBME website it mentioned a score report for results, but further down it says: "Please note that CCMSA does not contain Computer-based Case Simulations (CCS) and does not provide an approximate Step 3 score."
What exactly is on the score report and how can you use it to gage performance if it doesn't provide a step 3 score? I'm a bit confused
