How does this list of schools look?

you dont need high stats to score a 25 pre interview

the average GPA for UNLV is actually on the lower side I believe it was 3.3
if they truly emphasized this formula I would imagine their GPA average to be higher than this
it cannot be the case that EC is not taken into consideration at all before handing out invites.

Of course ECs are taken into consideration, but I feel that you've misinterpreted my post.
Let us consider a student with a 3.0 cgpa, sgpa and 20 DAT across the board-stats nobody would consider numerically impressive. Going by their formula (6/8)*(2/3)*(6/9)*75=25
25+potential 25 from interviews=50~which I am told is within the range of acceptance scores. I am not saying that anyone with these stats is guaranteed an interview, just that they stand a chance to get one-factors such as ECs certainly factor in. Dr. Kingsley informed my interview group (at least) that students will be considered for acceptance in the order of their scores; however, should a student impress during an interview, it is possible that they be bumped up the queue. My point was the DAT does factor into decisions, not that statistics are the end all, be all.

Edit: grammar is hard
