Probably not? At my undergrad, 3rd and 4th year student took many of the same classes. They were all "upper-level." Maybe it wouldn't look so good if you took a bunch of 100 level classes your third year, but even that probably wouldn't be a big deal.

I took intro physics this past year as a junior. We'll see how it turns out, but I wouldn't think it would matter at all. People take classes when they need to... it shouldn't matter when you take them.

Usually the course number indicates some kind of level to the classes (e.g., 1000, 2000, 3000, etc.).

Nope. What matters is your GPA and it should be high. Also MCAT and extra activities.
