How Does Your School Do Student Evals?

Just got my first true evaluation back for the rotation I'm on. Basically, there are four possible selections for the attending to make with "3" being "as expected." "3" also correlates to "75%," and passing correlates to "75%." Since such a large percentage of our grade is clinical evaluations, this seems a little funky to me, and doesn't make much sense.

So, my question is, how does your school do clinical evaluations?

For my school they are generally 50% of your grade. Unless you are awesome or suck everyone ends up with basically the same average evaluation grades...therefore it is the shelf that decides your grade.
