How easy must Path be...Pathologists like LADoc00 spend most days posting drivel!

What is up with pathology? No other specialty on these boards will you find groups of docs posting hundreds of inane messages every week, most of which have nothing to do with Path (ie LADoc00). Are you all bored outa yer skulls? 😕

Not enough work to do during the day? Is this the real appeal of Path? Time to burn on the boards? (LADoc00). :scared:

LADoc00 - Yer in yer 30's presumably staff in LA, or a fellow. How can path be so slow that you have time to post your pyromaniacal ideas to see what fish you can reel in with da bait. Get a life homeslice! 😴

I like having a lot of time on my hands...cuz I sure know that this will no longer be the case come this July!

NO. I came here to get some hopefully useful information about Pathology, and what do I find by LADoc00 and some Andy Milonikis (sp?) talking incessently about [poo] and [fine bitches] (not my words - dreadful).

Why can some of the individuals on this board grow up and start acting like professionals! At the very least you should consider that this inane, mindless dialogue is demeaning to women, patients, and the recently deceased!

Please lets bring the standards up!

Here is the deal. Yes, people here interrupt threads with totally random stuff. BUT at any moment, anyone can bring the thread back to topic. If you want to discuss an issue, people here are very good at offering insight. The candid and entertaining conversation is just a bonus for those of us who enjoy kicking back. If it bothers you, be adult and just ignore it. There is no reason to stifle other's enjoyment when it is still fully possible to get the information you seek from this foum by simply asking.

Welcome to SDN Path. Ask your questions. And, have fun if you choose to.
 
Sorry dude. I come here to learn stuff about Pathology too...and I have learned quite a bit about the field here (granted that it is diluted by more relaxed posts). And I do dole out serious advice and suggestions when prompted. But sometimes I like to have some fun with the cool folks here. Is that so wrong?

And BTW, I looked at your previous posts. I don't think you're a PGY-4 at MGH.

I love it when people try to get "in" with people by calling them out. It's so... odd. He probably does like your attention though. I imagine that you will get in good by insulting his penis size and calling him a mamma's boy. Carry on.

What's funny is that he tried to call out LADoc00 but kinda ended up calling me out instead. And now who looks like the jackass. 🙁

But anyways, if OC would have made this thread like 3 hours ago, he would have accomplished his primary goal.

I am a pharmacy student. But, I am here so often that I have been deemed an "honorary pathologist". At one time, Andy threatened to take that title away and give it to Harbster. I'm not sure what the outcome was on that one. Andy?
