So all the med schools say that they rank you based on cumulative GPA. But since some of us apply without having the full undergraduate completed, do the med schools comprise your GPA based on however many years you've completed at the time of application?

So if you apply after 3 or 4 of years of UG. GPA is based on 3 years of work??

yep the 3 years not 4 obviously if you apply after your junior year. Works well for me, I just have to ace microbiology and thermal physics this semester and my gpa is locked in a very nice position.

It basically means: schedule your GPA-safe classes for the first six semesters, and save the killers for your senior year (within reason, of course).

To those who have applied this past cycle:

Did any school ask for fall semester grades?????

I really want to slack.... 😱

Ask Chuck Norris.

In a recent television interview with Chuck Norris, Chuck Norris responded to every one of the interviewer's questions by pointing to his belt buckle which read "NOT MY PROBLEM". after about 5 minutes of this, Chuck Norris said, "Interview over," and roundhoused the reporter. Witnessing this, the cameraman screamed, "You killed him!" Chuck Norris pointed at his belt buckle and flew away.

Iowa asked for fall grades. Noone else did, but I sent them anyway. I just realized I got into medical school, so why am I studying for my pharm exam?
