how fast does the EINSTEIN waitlist move?

hi,
anyone out there get off the waitlist at einstein?? i just got my letter today and was waitlisted...i really wanna go there, so i was definitely bummed out, but i do hear a lot of ppl get off the waitlist...if it's unranked, how do they do it? is it totally random? and what can i do to improve my chances?

sorry i can't help u with any first hand knowledge...

however, there was another thread that said that 28% of people interviewed are accepted right of the bat and a total of 40% of peope eventually get accepted. (i dont remember the numbers exactly.. but it was about that)

just a quick question: how did u find out u were waitlisted? via email? or letter?

I am out of town and never got any email... wondering if thats a sign of either being accepted/rejected (or do waitlists also get the letter).

Acceptances are by snail mail, and I think it's the same with waitlists and rejections. One thing Einstein doesn't do is calling people about acceptances, but it's not a big deal.

I was waitlisted also and I certainly would like to know how to get accepted off of it.
