How good is the DIT Supplemental Text?

Is this a solid source that i should be worried about getting my hands on?

what is the study schedule DIT reminds as you do their course? i know its 15 days of 3.5 hrs of video a day...but wat are u suppose to do after the 16th day ? can some1 post their syllabus or something..

good question, I actually have the book from my buddy that took it last year but I've never really looked at it very hard ha. From what I saw it was a bunch of quizes and stuff to go along with the lectures and he had already done them all so I didn't really use it. I don't think its that useful if you aren't doing the course, but someone who has actually taken the course can probably tell you better than I can
