How hard is the MBS program at Geisinger Commonwealth Medical school?

Hi guys,

I am very nervous to start this SMP program at Geisinger. Yes, I am aware it is high risk and high reward but how doable is it? How hard is it to get a 3.5 or higher? I am aware there is no curve but I am not the best multiple test taker which I need to improve on.
