How has your interviews been thus far?

What have all you guys interview experience been like?
My interviews have all been very straight forward Q&A. I just answer questions, and at the end I just ask questions too. But I thought interviews were suppose to be more engaging and dynamic? I have absolutely no clue how I am being evaluated, and if I should even reconsider how I am answering questions.

Where have you interviewed? Mine have all been fairly easy, more like conversations than questions/answers.

Western in particular made me question my ability to interview well. Almost everyone have told me that their interviews were like conversations, but that has not been the case for me : /

All of mine have been very conversational and pretty straightforward. Don't worry about it if you've experienced something different. I'm sure it's very much dependent upon the school. I've heard stories of certain schools putting up an act to see how you respond under pressure.
