How heavily do schools weigh AAMC preview?

I received my AAMC preview score back today and it was a 2, which isn't great and makes me sound psychotic and unempathetic. I'm not sure how I scored so low since I studied for it. I know that most schools only recommend that you take the AAMC preview test and most people don't take the exam. How would this low score affect me?
