I noticed on DGSOM's (UCLA) website, they state preview scores do not expire. I know Casper is valid for only 1 application cycle, but it appears unclear as to whether preview is the same. Are there any confirmed sources on this?

Yes AAMC confirms this to be true.
A PREview score automatically goes to your AMCAS app just as the MCAT does.

Awesome! Just to be safe, I checked my schools and all confirmed this except Hackensack. Do you happen to know their policy?

Hackensack does not require PREview but in the past has asked for the CASPer test.
Check your emails from the school if you apply there to see if they still want it in 2026.

Will do! I can't actually find them in the distributions for Casper though, which is odd

That’s why I recommended you check, I didn’t see them in the CASPer list either but MSAR suggests they want it.
Make yourself a spreadsheet!

PREview was designed to be an "everlasting" score, so individual schools must set policy on how recent they want scores to be for admissions decisions.

Basically, PREview is a game of "21"... once you hit 7, stop. You have 4 lifetime chances to get 7.

April is the month where I expect all the policies for the cycle will be posted. Check all websites and assume MSAR is not fully updated.

Well that's perfect, I got 7. Guess I just need to double check with Hackensack and I'm good!
