3.57 cGPA, 3.42 sGPA, still waiting on MCAT (tested 4/26). I’m definitely applying this cycle, what median stats should I avoid completely? i.e. should I be taking 3.8 schools off my list?

Your GPA is a pretty low, but what's your GPA trend look like? Upward? Downward? Steady? Also, without your mcat it'll be pretty hard yo determine what kind of schools to go for.

Post your MCAT score here when available and I will suggest schools. Where is your state of residence? What are your ECs with hours?
IA
1500 hrs EMT
600 hrs medical research (multiple presentations, upcoming pub)
300 hrs student org leadership
100 hrs as a TA
60 hrs shadowing across multiple specialties
120 hrs clinical volunteering (underserved communities)

I’ll update with my MCAT score when I have it! Thank you.

Took a big dip sophomore year (orgo) and has been upward since then.

Upward trend is good, bc some schools only look at your last 30 credit hours. If you score above a 505 you should be good for most DO schools and above a 512 you'll good for many MD schools.

What are the exact year by year GPA’s? Any service hours?

Iowa does interview most of their in-state applicants, but MCAT is a critical factor nonetheless.

Your GPA is not bad for DO and your EC is good too.
If you get MCAT 505+ you will be good for DO.
