Mine is whether or not you can license in the state which requires permanent residency but is looked at. I know the school also has a declarative form that you are not to leave the US for more than 180 days, you are to declare to the school before going out of the country for any amount of time, and you may not take any one of your experiential education time outside the country for any reason until you naturalize and I think the form also says that you are to acquire citizenship as soon as practicable. We have had problems in the past with USCIS, and so we do not want to be a cause for cancellation. This year has been atrocious as we have two students (one medical, one graduate) that are not allowed reentry and must take a LOA year due to leaving the country during the winter and not returning before the borders closed to that country as they are not citizens.
