How important HIV/Oncology/AIDS topics are for NAPLEX 2014?

I am planning to take Naplex, but I am totally freaked out when I look into HIV/Oncology/AID topics from RXPREP book. I cannot remember difficult med names, and all the info in those chapters. How important are those topics? If you totally skip those topics, focus on calculations , and some more important topics like Cardio Vascular / DIABETES / ASTHMA/ OTC, what are then chances of passing naplex? Any bright idea ??

No one knows. One topic won't break you. There are lots of questions. If you want to focus on one thing, focus on calculations.
