how important is a physicians letter?

I have one DO letter. but not sure If ill be using since I don't know if its tailored to osteopathic medicine. Rosland Franklin preferably wants a physician letter but it states that it doesnt have to be an MD.

A physician shadowing letter does not add much value to an allopathic med school application. So just use it for the few schools, like RFU, that request one.
