How is anyone entering the same award multiple times?

Hey, I've made the Dean's Honor list at my school every quarter of attendance, which is 8 quarters so far. How should I enter it on the Awards section since they only allow one date and year for each award. Should I just enter "Dean's Honor list" in the slots I have no other awards for and just put any random quarter I received it? What the deal~!??!

I put down the LAST five semesters that I had. If you do it like that I think they will get the point that there are more.
