How is everyone preparing for M1 year?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
If this thread applies to me next year, then I will get as buff as possible. In fact, I will become like Ronnie Coleman just without the steroids. Already know some of the bones but getting familiar with most of the muscles sounds like a good idea. So yeah, I would study up on some basic anatomy so it's easier to take in once there's a heap of other things to learn. Oh, did I mention getting buff? 😛

Bro, do you even lift?

I can send you a pic through a pm but I haven't hit the gym yet so no I don't really lift. ;3
...unless me tossing around my 95lb bar at home counts. But really I will join a local gym once my primary is in!

Finishing up my bachelor's. Then traveling.

Yes aware. But lets be real...

5-8lbs of muscle is ******ly unrealistic natty.

Go to the store and find 5lbs of lean beef, think its possible to put that on it?

On the other hand ganing 5lbs of weight is easy 😉

Good luck getting buff in a year without roids, bruh.
Srs. You need a little of dat dere
I approve this message.

Super excited for Season 3 😍 Have also recently gotten into the show Arrow.

As for me, I'm spending a ton of my time training for NPC Bodybuilding Competitions, hanging out with friends, and traveling to Europe for 2 weeks in May. I figure we should get in the best shape possible before med school, because after it starts it's just a slow decline... :meanie:

You do realize how much 5-8 pounds of muscle is natty right?

Just sayin'.

I'd be happy with 5lbs of muscle a year.
Word.

To answer OP. Lifting. Not getting a C in biochem II. Having some drinks. Watching Scrubs all the way through.
