I have managed to attend 3 different schools already. How do they calculate cGPA from more than one institution? I also have non-prereq science courses from the other schools--do I include those in my sGPA? I have a 3.69, 3.8, and another 3.8.

Each transcript should break down the GPA into Grade Points and Credit Hours.

Take the total grade points from each institution, add them up, and divide by the sum of the credit hours from each institution. There is your cGPA.

For the sGPA, do the same thing but with the BCPM classes (all of them, not just the pre-reqs).

I presume by "they", you mean AMCAS. You enter all of the courses you ever took (as well as the grade) and assign it to a certain category (biology, chemistry, history, etc). You will also have to have your transcripts sent from all of your college experiences. AMCAS will use these transcripts to verify what you entered. From the grades you entered, AMCAS will calculate a GPA that considers all of your college coursework. All natural science courses are factored into your sGPA, regardless of whether or not they are prereqs.

The AMCAS instruction booklet (google it) has more detailed information if you desire.

This document should explain any questions you have regarding AMCAS and GPA calculations - http://www.aamc.org/students/amcas/2009conversionguide.pdf

the non-prereq science courses will be included in your science GPA/BCMP GPA assuming that you classify them as Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Math.
