I might have to withdraw from Orgo 2 this semester. I was planning on applying when apps opened in June. If I withdraw and take it over the summer that would push my app back until I finish the class early August. Is that too late? Can I apply in June with pending pre reqs?

No, a lot of people apply before they graduate from college. You would need to finish it before med school starts.
