I have access to all Kaplan and EK materials. After I finish about a month and a half of content review, I am going to start the full lengths. For that next month and a half, I am wondering how long should I wait between each FL? I was going to give it at least a day, since I will be out of school then. Take a practice test, maybe some light review later if I am bored 😉 and then the next day I would go over the exam in detail, as suggested on the forums.

Also as far as a total goes, how many did you guys take? I have 16 penned down in the schedule now.

As long as you aren't burning out you should take as many as you can. Even though Kaplan's tests aren't as similar to the real thing as the AAMC's they are still great practice in terms of content (arguably more difficult problems) and the actual act of test-taking. If you manage to take all 16 you will be more prepared and feel more comfortable during your actual test. That said, getting through all the AAMC tests with enough time to review each of them should be the priority, with the other practice tests used as additional practice IF you can fit them in.

I am taking one test a week for now, moving up to two tests for the final few weeks so I can get through all 11 Kaplan tests and 8 AAMC. I'm doing a second round of content review via TPR and going through the Kaplan tests in this phase, then my final phase will be creating my own MCAT study guide and taking the AAMC's.

Do you feel like one a week gives you enough time to go over the exam? How many days do you usually take to go over the exam?

When is your exam date? I don't really have a reference for when you're taking the exam, so I don't know how to see your 19 exams with respect to your schedule? Are you also studying in school now?

I am definitely excited to start hammering this stuff out. After how much content review did you begin your FL's?
