How long did it take you to find a hospitalist job?

feeling kind of discouraged here, started applying a month ago and have only been contacted by a few recruiters so far, they state they forwarded my cv to physician groups but I have not heard from that. How did u guys go about the job search? Where should I look? How long does it take to get an offer?starting to feel I may not have a job next year

It takes a few months. If you know someone in the hospital system where you want to work contact them. Also you can contact recruiters yourself
