Hey All, about to embark on an awesome Critical Access outpatient/inpatient/ER job and wondering what would be the one journal for Hospitalist medicine and the one journal for ER medicine you would recommend I get a monthly subscription to?

Already have AFP (I like this journal's mix of outpatient medicine and overall accessibility for the practicing physician) and need to get FPM to optimize my wRVUs.
