How long do I have to complete all the prerequisites?

I'm applying this June and I'm traveling this summer so I may not have enough time to finish up pjysics 102 and orgo 2. Would I be able to take these classes in the fall?

Yes. You just have to finish your prerequisites before you matriculate into dental school.

The schools like to see that you completed the difficult prereques like orgo 2 and physics before beginning. If the schools have two people with the same stats (gpa, DAT score, etc), they will choose the person who has already completed the prereques. GL

Hmm, so i am in a pickle...

i have a 3.54 BCP, not including physics, and I just got a B in the class... wondering if i should do an academic update, knowing that it will bring my BCP down... or should i wait it out? But going by your logic, the schools might want to see that I did ok in physics...

Who is making the big deal? Mine is an observation that this forum is for dentistry and if I or anyone else wanted eye candy it ought to be in a different forum. Not a big deal on my end...just a simple observation. I certainly had nothing to do with your or the OPs apparent lack of proper moral upbringing growing up; neither is there anything I can apparently do about the gaping hole now. Not a big deal to me at all, in fact, it is expected as most are lacking in the simplest matters of public decorum these days. You really need to relax Bart Simpson, you are completely typical in your making a big deal about approaching reproach with mindless rebellion and then claiming I am making a big deal.

but to answer the OP's question, I applied without taking general biology lab yet LOL and I still need to finish up my anatomy and physiology credit for the institution that accepted me. So I don't think schools care all too much, although (as previously stated) it may look better if everything is complete
