How long do your classes remain valid before you have to retake them?

I ask this because I'm considering doing a post-bacc part-time for two years while full-time working, then finishing it over 2 years full-time with a biology bachelors (so 4 years total).

Forever. Schools won't care that you took a chem course 10 years ago as long as you took it. The MCAT will be what determines if you actually know the material.
